What is the Compensation Plan?

Ocean Grown has provided a referral or network marketing plan that is often called a binary system. Ours is structure with 4 methods of income generation.

Retail Profits and Bonuses

Retail profit of nearly 25% of retail price paid weekly.

Additional retail bonuses paid monthly

$300.00 - $449 wholesale = 10% bonus

$450.00 - $599.00 wholesale=20% bonus

$600.00 plus wholesale=30% bonus

Business Builder Bonuses

First month Splash Back = 30% of  1^st generation initial purchase sand 10% of 2^nd generation initial purchases. Paid monthly. 

Wave Pool bonus of  10 % will be divided among representatives  based upon their sponsoring activity.

Residual Income Bonuses

Representatives residual income bonuses based on the volume in their downline. OGI pays out 50% of sales back to the OGI reps in bonuses¹.
